Premier Ice Sculptures was started in 1994 by Chef Steven Leake, specializing in custom ice carvings. Chef Steven has received many citations and awards including 1995, 2002, and 2005 "Chef of the Year" by the American Culinary Federation, Memphis Chapter, 1st place in the Taster's Choice category at the Great Chefs Tasting 2000 and 2001, and also 1st place at the annual Soup Sunday Competition 2001. His focus today is interactive ice, which includes sushi bars, specialty drink luges, and bridal/social scupltures.
